How do I convert a OFX file to Google Sheets?

What files can I upload?

OFX, QFX, QBO, QIF, and CSV exports, plus PDF, PNG, and JPEG if you have scans. Up to 4 MB and 10,000 transactions per file.

Does it sync automatically?

Yes. As soon as Redbark finishes reading a file, the transactions are confirmed and synced to Google Sheets. There is no manual review step. Low-confidence rows are flagged so you can spot-check them, but they still sync.

Do you store the document?

Yes. Live bank connections are pass-through and store nothing, but extracting transactions means we have to read the file, so we store the document and the rows we pull from it. Deleting a file removes both.
